Listed prices apply to orders placed 2+ days in advance (H-2).
Next-day orders (H-1) incur a 20% urgent surcharge.

Replacing a greeting card will incur an additional fee of Rp 30,000.
The final arrangement will be made as close to the reference as possible (100% identical results cannot be guaranteed).
Flower stock is seasonal and subject to availability. We will substitute with flowers of equivalent quality.
Wrapping and ornament stock is subject to availability. We will substitute with items of equivalent quality.
Payments are processed through Xendit, supporting Virtual Account, E-Wallet, QRIS, and Credit Card.
A 3% service fee applies for credit/debit card payments.
Orders that remain unpaid within 15 minutes will be automatically cancelled.
Deliveries are dispatched from Pluit, North Jakarta.
Self pick-up is available at our offline store (Google Maps: RENA THE BLOSSOM).
Self pick-up and delivery hours are 09:00–18:00.
Early morning delivery (before 09:00) incurs an additional fee of Rp 50,000.
You may arrange your own courier; however, any failed delivery for any reason is not our responsibility.
Failed delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer is not our responsibility.
Our courier will attempt to contact the recipient 3 times and wait up to 15 minutes. If there is no response, the order will be left at the destination and is no longer our responsibility.
Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 hours; earlier delivery depends on road conditions.
Delays caused by force majeure will be rescheduled as soon as possible (rescheduling may extend to the following day).
